  • The U.S. State Department List of Statutorily Debarred Parties
  • The List of Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) maintained by the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s OFAC

3. Restricted Services and Prohibited Activities

TopShipping will not participate in any transaction involving items that require export licenses under ITAR or EAR. We strictly comply with international trade and security laws.

Examples of prohibited or restricted items include (but are not limited to):

  • Combustible or flammable materials (paints, oils, lighters)
  • Pressurized cans or hazardous chemicals
  • Weapons, firearm parts, ammunition, and surveillance equipment

  • Cash, precious stones, lottery items, medications, or pornography

5. Shipping, Duties, and Taxes

Customers may pre-pay duties and taxes to avoid customs delays. If duties are unpaid or delivery is refused, the package may be returned or abandoned, and additional fees will apply. TopShipping provides item descriptions and values for customs clearance. However, customers are responsible for paying all duties, taxes, and related charges.

6. Storage Policy

TopShipping stores packages free of charge for 180 days from warehouse delivery. After this period, unclaimed goods will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of without liability.

7. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. Unauthorized or fraudulent activity must be reported immediately. Forwarding addresses can only be changed within the same country. Supporting documentation may be requested for verification.

8. Warehouse and Pickup Policy

TopShipping warehouse is private and secure. Public or third-party pickups are not allowed.

9. Shipping from China

TopShipping provides reliable international logistics solutions including shipping route from China, various shipping methods from China, and comprehensive tracking for global customers.

10. Limitation of Liability

All packages are shipped on a limited liability basis. TopShipping is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or delays.

All text, graphics, logos, and content are the property of TopShipping and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
